Flying Houses, by photographer Laurent Chehere

There is something magical and delightful about this series of photos. I guess you could say they are elevating, literally and metaphorically!

French photographer Laurent Chehere, who quit his job in advertising to embrace his two passions: travel and photography, was inspired by the architecture of Paris when creating this whimsical and surreal collection of floating homes, trailers, tents and cottages. He used traditional photography and digital manipulation to remove them from their original surroundings and set them against different backgrounds, adding beautiful details like birds and cables that make them feel like balloons, wandering in the skies.
